Madeley Stage 3 – Lot 100 Wanneroo Road, Madeley
Yet another stage has been delivered at this quality development in Madeley for Nicheliving.
After completing both stages 1 and 2, Broadtrans was once again awarded the contract to deliver a high quality, 42 lot sub-division within a short time frame.
Delivering the 3rd and final stage in this development within a very short period of time has now ensured Nicheliving can take full advantage of the newly increased first home buyers grant.
The scope of works included:
- Earthworks
- Installation of sewer mains
- Supply and installation of the new Stormtech drainage system
- Installation of services including PVC water main
- PE gas main
- Power and communications conduit and pits
- Construction of retaining walls including feature details
- Construction of roads including pavement construction, asphalt wearing course, kerbing and footpaths.
