Scope

Broadtrans Civil was awarded the contract by Satterley Group to complete the initial importation of 64,000m3 of clean fill in preparation for the first stage of their exciting new development in Mandogalup.

Contracted to deliver a high quality, 72 lot sub-division within a small time frame, the scope of works included.

  • Clearing and stripping of existing vegetation and farming structures.
  • Construction of access tracks for the bulk earthworks operation and access to future stages.
  • Blending of existing topsoil’s with imported clean fill to reduce exportation costs.
  • Import of fill, placement and compaction for the first stage of a new development.
