Scope

Broadtrans Civil was awarded the contract to re-design and construct an existing road and install new drainage. Scope of works included:

  • Design new road layout and drainage system.
  • Install new drainage pipework and structures.
  • Construction new road layout.
  • Installation of new footpaths and pram ramps.
  • Installation of new line marking and signage.

Contract achievements

The works were located to the main shopping Centre delivery and loading point. This area had to be open and maintained during deliveries and construction works. A particular schedule was agreed upon with the shopping centre suppliers, this meant timing and work restraints had to be structured to maintain programme and productivity.
